David draws on his Christian faith and extensive research to write in a style which is entertaining, informative and thought-provoking. He is happily married to Jill, with three adult children and many delightful grandchildren.

Kelvin Burke

Kelvin Burke was born and raised in Northern Ireland at a time that spanned peaceful times and the ‘Troubles.’ He studied at the Universities of Manchester and Durham and finally in Cardiff, where he gained a Master of Theology. Following twenty years in Accountancy, he was ordained an Anglican Minister before his calling to Healthcare Chaplaincy.

He is married to Jennie and has three adult daughters, and two granddaughters (wee darlings).

Sammy found freedom from a long-standing alcohol addiction when she came to faith in Christ. In gratitude for her healing she willingly shares the ups and downs of her life journey through poetry and prayers, hoping that her words may provide help to others. She lives in the UK midlands with her husband Jason. They have two kind and caring sons and a couple of adult dogs.

Margaret McAllister & Tony Buglass

Margaret McAllister is an award-winning author of    children's books including the animal fantasy series, The Mistmantle Chronicles.

​

She is married to Tony Buglass, a Methodist minister who has served on various circuits in the North East as well as holding several chaplaincy posts.

Having battled depression for years, including attempting suicide as a teenager, Kevin has learned how to overcome. He is a qualified Suicide Intervention Coach and has helped others move from depression to hope, and find a new life. Kevin is a prolific author and award-winning speaker. He currently lives in central England with his wife and four kids.

Roy Jones

Roy was born in Plymouth, where he became a Christian. Before training to be a doctor Roy spent a year in Ghana. Fromthen, Africa kept exerting its pull, and he became convinced that God was calling him into missionary work. In 1984 Roy, his wife Jane and thier three children, moved to Nigeria where Roy was a general doctor, and later an eye doctor. After returning to the UK Roy and Jane spent months in Paris learning French, before relocating to Chad where Roy was GP to the expatriate community. From there they conducted occasioanl medical safaris in towns in the Sahara Desert. They finaly returned to the UK in 2012. Roy then became a church leader and children’s church teacher.

Jane died in 2023 and Roy now lives in Stoke on Trent, where he continues to write.

Hailing from the northwest, Anna Barton has had a varied and satisfying professional career both in the UK and abroad. She is married with four adult children, and six grandchildren. Now living in the Midlands she is devoting her time to expanding her academic qualification with a Theology degree.
